Bumps, Bruises and ER visits.

We had an action packed weekend. We did some visiting, and finally wrapped a few presents.

My brother called on Thursday and wanted to have a picture taken of all the grandkids. So on Friday I called several studios all of which were full. It is late in the season, but we finally got in at Wal-mart. I must admit. I have only been there one other time that I can recall, and I was not impressed at all.

Saturday, my mom made chili for us all and we started home. I was a little ahead of the kiddo's and Yin was poking behind. I open the back door and hear screaming. I ask Yuri to please go and help Yin. I walk in and set all my stuff down. He sets Yin down, and she turns around and her face is covered in blood. She had fallen and cut her head on a rock in the landscaping.

So Yuri calls my mom - no answer. We call our neighbors, and L was down here like lighting. She drove us and I held Yin to keep the blood stopped. Rudy was able to leave work and meet us there. A little durabond and some manuplation, and they had glued it back together. She looks like someone punched her in a boxing match and it is turning purple, but she is okay, and so is her eye.

Today she and Yuri are going to the doctor for a funky rash? Oh, and she has turned into Darth Vader. UGH!!!

Tomorrow - Yuri, Hope, and I are heading to St. Louis to the Shriners. Yuri has been complaining of some foot pain in his new foot. I dread that drive, but maybe Hope and I can get the last few items I need to be done shopping!
