All Good Horses Go to Heaven.

I sure hope ours did.

He was 28. He was a good horse, and today he went to Heaven.

RIP: Two-Days Long

Shake, Shake, Shake...

Shake, Shake, Shake... Shake your House? That is was we felt this morning. Rudy was at work that goodness no damage there. I thought that it was a tornado. I grabbed up the kids and headed for the hall.

It was really scary, but we are all fine. It was located very near the Farmwife and her family. It was about 10-15 miles from us as the crow flies.

Hope everyone is okay. Yuri said his bunk beds were really swinging. It made the grandfather clock that we have chime and ding, a few pictures fell off the wall, but nothing was broken.

Back in Black

We had a really good trip. The kids did great in the car on the way there we stopped 3 times for potty breaks for a total time of 5.5 hours. On the way back Yin had to potty every 30 miles. So it made for a very VERY long trip home. We also stopped at Target becuase... well I love Target.

Rudy's great Aunt passed this week and I am a little torn on what to do with the kids. When Rudy talked with Yuri he was immediately very upset and crying. Yin saw Yuri crying and then she started crying. If you ask Yin how many grandma's she has she will say Nene, Grandma D, McBride, Memaw C, and N*****. So while N is a great aunt to my kids she is like another grandma.

I know that I will not be taking either to the actual funeral- aka graveside services. It will be to emotional for Yin and Yuri to understand why everyone is upset. I am a little torn on the visitation. Any advise would be great. I am sure that I can get a sitter for Yin, and Yuri could go to the visitation and then back home with me.

Keep our family in your prayers.
